Features of Roof Sheet Cladding Roll Forming Machine
1. This Roof Cladding Roll Forming Machine adopts PLC control, AC
frequency and speed adjusting technology and it realizes the
continuous automatically production.
2. The roof cladding sheet is roll formed by this roof cladding sheet
roll forming machine, the surface of roof cladding is very smooth
and beautiful without any scratch.
3. The metal roof panel roll forming machine is with fully automatic
PLC control system, the length, quantity of sheets is adjustable,
very easy operation.
4. The main frame of this roof cladding roll forming machine is
structured by welding wall plate, and the stand of this roll
forming machine are welded by H shape welding steel, which is
highly maintain the rigidity and stability of the roof roll forming
machine.
5. The forming rollers of roof sheet forming machine is high grade
45# steel with hard chrome 0.05mm surface. And all the forming
rollers are processed by CNC milling machine to guarante high
accuracy.
6. The Cutting part is the last process of this roofing cladding roll
forming machine line, it accurately custs sheet to any required
length. The cutting part consistes of hydruic driver, profiled
cutting blades and cutting frame. The blade adopt Cr12mov steel,
cutter profile is same as the sheet profiles to cut the sheet
profile in a good shape and no waste.
